Pink Muhly Grass in Carlsbad

We took a walk the other day along the access road to The Preserve, a new build community still under constuction close to our home. There were a number of pretty plantings that have grown since the community was starting to be bilt, but these ornamental grasses were particularly pretty.

My research tells me it's Pink Muhly Grass but I may be wrong.
