This beautifully remodeled upper level 3-bedroom condo at 2385 Rancho Del Oro #61 welcomed a new owner yesterday to the Oceanside lifestyle, just a few miles to the beaches and in close proximity to abundant shopping, dining, services, and major commuting routes.

 

This Oceanside home hit the market in mid-December and as anticipated had showings start almost immediately. Not surprising, the seller had a full-price offer at $429,000 within about 24 hours, and barely 2-days after going live the seller opened escrow. No doubt there were plenty of disappointed buyers and their agents who did not act quickly enough.

This home was perfect for a buyer wanting an upgraded condo with nothing to do. An extended closing was negotiated to meet the buyer’s needs, which also worked perfectly for these relocating sellers. It was a terrific match!
