There are numerous amenities at Ocean Hills Country Club, which include a private 18-hole golf course (included in the monthly HOA dues), a 27,000 SF Residents’ Club House with numerous social clubs and activities, tennis, swimming pool and spa, bocce ball and acres of green space. The average sale price for detached homes has dropped off by about 13% from the same period last year, with double the sales from last year. Detached homes for sale at Ocean Hills Country Club are also taking longer to sell in 2011, on average, than in 2010.
