There are many factors that buyers consider when choosing a particular home in the Carlsbad CA area. Requirements vary, of course, from person to person. And they may be very specific or fairly general.

Buyers look for lots of information on-line, but let's face it - they are looking for HOMES for SALE!
So I’m very excited about a new lifestyle search IDX capability that I am now offering clients on one of my websites, At Home in Carlsbad, to help them hone in on the homes that more closely fit their lifestyles. This IDX offers buyers, and me, tremendous flexibility for searching on-line using a very cool and flexible mapping function that includes proximity to shopping, coffee shops, dining, tourist attractions, schools, and a host of other lifestyle characteristics.
Using the Lifestyle Search, buyers can select a variety of lifestyle factors they wish to search by, adjust the proximity to those lifestyle elements (e.g., within ½ mile of a particular school, store, spa, medical facility, dining, entertainment) and the areas on the map (e.g., Carlsbad or individual zip codes) they wish to search, affording them maximum search capability.
And of course searches can be narrowed down by price, bedrooms, baths, home size and size of lot, as well as type of property (condo, detached homes, new construction).
