- Model 2 - 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths plus study and loft, about 1904 SF with 2 car garage. Not available in the first release (I'm guessing prices will be around $500k)
- Model 3 - 3 bedrooms (with option bedroom 4 plus bath 3), 2.5 baths, den and loft, about 2052 SF with 2 car garage. Priced from 520,990
Homes are zero lot line so front and back yards are small (landscaping provided in the front), and the Alcéa homes are built in clusters of 4 or 6 homes on small cul-de-sacs.
Buyers will have options regarding flooring, cabinetry and finishes depending on when they buy. Alcéa is offering incentives for using their preferred lender which can assist with closing costs
Alcéa at The Foothills has its own pocket park, but all residents have access, within a short distance, to The Foothills Swim Club.
Children will attend the Carlsbad Schools.
HOA fees are approximately $267/month but are expected to drop to around $207/month at build-out.
