NOTE: You can link from the individual communities to the December 2009 Market Report and reports for earlier in the year. 

The general trend for 2009 versus 2008 was that in most of the North San Diego County coastal communities the volume of sales for both detached and attached homes rose. This was true for San Diego County as well. 

The other trend, with a few exceptions, is that average sales prices declined for 2009 as compared to 2008, which was also true for the county as a whole. 

Marketing time was less consistent - in some communities days on market (DOM) went up and in others it went down. It also was different when comparing detached single family homes to attached (condos, townhomes).
