Carlsbad home buyers seeking new construction homes with views are rapidly seeing their options disappear. 

SolTerra is a small (38 homes) community of single family detached homes of 2 and 3 stories and terrific easterly views in the master planned community of La Costa Greens in the La Costa area of Carlsbad.

New Homes at SolTerra in La Costa Greens, Carlsbad CABuilding at SolTerra is about 75% done with only a few more homes available to purchase in the high $500s and low $600s. I recently sold a relocation client a home there and this developer is great to work with. The homes are well made with lots of options and the views are amazing - a rare find in this price range.

There are 3 SolTerra floor plans ranging from 1989 SF with 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths to 2196 SF with 4 bedrooms plus a loft, and 3 baths.

Pricing is from $569,990 to $619,990 and there is an incentive of up to $10,000 for using their preferred lender.

There are only 4 homes left in the phase being built (1 move in now and the rest in January/February) with only 3 more homes to be built before SolTerra is complete. And of course the beautiful models will be available for purchase as well.

Children will attend the Carlsbad Unified School District. HOA fees will be approximately $250/month.
