QUEEN EILEEN'S GIFT SHOP HOLIDAY FUNDRAISER in ENCINITAS
Nancy Bahr Kelly, Development Director for Fresh Start Surgical Gifts will host a holiday fundraiser at the very popular Queen Eileen's in downtown Encinitas. Take care of some of your holiday shopping this Thursday, December 10, 2009 from 4 to 8 p.m. at Queen Eileen's Gift Shopin Encinitas, 548 S. Coast Hwy. 101, between D & E Streets on the ocean side (in between the 101 Diner and The Saloon).

20% of all of the proceeds from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. will benefit Fresh Start's kids. Please tell the cashier you are there for the Fresh Start fundraiser so your purchases will count toward the fundraiser. More good news...cocktails and munchies will be served.
RED NOSE RUN in DEL MAR
The second fund raiser is the 18th Annual Red Nose Run, which takes place on Friday, December 18th at 2:30 p.m. on Del Mar Beach by the Poseidon Restaurant. The Red Nose Run benefits Fresh Start Surgical Gifts and the Injured Marine Semper Fi Fund, based here at Camp Pendleton, California
The 18th Annual Red Nose Run is a 3K and 5K walk/run. Registration is $35 in the Poseidon Restaurant Parking Lot on 1670 Coast Blvd. in Del Mar.
You can arrive early and register the day of the event or send a check made out to "Red Nose Run" to "The Low & Slow Running Club," 2101 Camino Vido Roble, Suite A, Carlsbad, CA 92011. For more information please call (760) 929-4940.
