The Ann D. L'Heureux Memorial Dog Park on Carlsbad Village Drive about ½ mile east of El Camino Real offers terrific views of the valley and mountains. Carlsbad's first off-leash dog park is a great place to enjoy the fresh air and views while your pets play and socialize. The place always has at least several dogs and their owners hanging out no matter what the weather.

It may be important to you to know that there is no separate area for small dogs and the reviews are mixed.
