Calling all Foodies!
The Taste of Carlsbad has been a popular fund raiser for the Carlsbad Educational Foundation for a number of years (since 1997). And for the last 2 years it has been part of Art Splash.

The Carlsbad Educational Foundation (CEF) has been successful with a number of their fundraising endeavors and has decided to no longer sponsor the Taste of Carlsbad. This very worthy foundation was founded in 1983 in order to develop a superior school system in Carlsbad. Since their inception, the CEF has contributed over $4 million to the Carlsbad Unified School District.
Not to let this great event drop, the Taste of Carlsbad is now the Taste at Art Splash. That's right - Art Splash is now the official sponsor of this terrific food tasting event featuring well known Carlsbad restaurants. A large portion of the monies raised will still benefit the students of North County. Ticket sales ($20 each) are expected to be about 1500 as in past years. Taste at Art Splash takes place on Saturday September 20 from 2 - 5 pm. Read more about ticket sales here.
