Building at SolTerra is about 75% done with only a few more homes available to purchase in the high $500s and low $600s. I recently sold a relocation client a home there and this developer is great to work with. The homes are well made with lots of options and the views are amazing - a rare find in this price range.
Mirasol new construction homes are offered by William Lyon Homes with 8 homes available by the end of 2010. Phase 1 has already sold out. These new homes all have a view from atop the ridge over to the main area of La Costa Greens across Poinsettia Lane, and will overlook the Poinsettia Elementary School (Carlsbad Unified Schools) below. Children will also attend the Aviara Oaks Middle School in Aviara.
