I've noticed that since carrying my trusty camera with me everywhere I go that I tend to notice so much more. Sometimes that's a good thing, but I can get easily distracted, and I probably drive the people I am with (not clients) nuts since I want to stop and take photos of everything. The best solution is my solitary journeys when out looking at property or running errands.
This is a small, but growing, collection of wall art I have found in my travels here in Southern California.

Jeff that is some nifty grafitti! I am not sure I would call it that though. Looks more like a work of art!
Jeff
Cool art; there was almost the same scene on the parking garage next to the Milwaukee County court house and I would always look forward to seeing it. It was like 5 stories high and from the expressway it stood out like crazy.
Jeff, I know what you mean about driving people nuts. I have recently started to carry my camera with me, and my family is starting to give me strange looks about some of the pictures I have been taking.
Bill - I would agree. Once wall is along one of the LA freeways but the rest I would way are intended as advertising, sort of.
Tom - I love looking at wall art - it really dresses up some ugly buildings.
George - LOL. I ignore them, but I get a lot of ribbing. But they also seem to understand my passion.
Jeff
Yes I've been carrying my camera more...Nice job by the way...I think the reason why I like the wall art it seems to make them a bit more modern and definitely unique. Although it might look silly on some of the older buildings in Daytona.
I think the buildings look much better than the standard big box store. I need to keep my camera around more.
"I've noticed that since carrying my trusty camera with me everywhere I go that I tend to notice so much more." And we are so fortunate that you have your camera along. Thanks for the treat!
Midori - I think it all depends on how it's done adn themessage it conveys.
Terry - I rarely forget mine these days.
Thanks, Margaret. Too bad some things I photograph don't turn out nearly as well as I would like because I am rushing or not careful. But I appreciate the compliment.
Jeff
I like to keep my camera with me too. You're right. You see more. And I see things differently. It's like I'm more focused on the beauty of... lots of stuff!
