Hi Jeff, The photo and letting are smashing! The report stands to to fact that being coastal, Solana Beach remians a great place to buy a home and with the tiny up tick in pricing, it seems that it is clearly on the the trend up. Love the new lettering! What font is that?

Anthony - well that IS living in paradise. I appreciate the compliment.

Sheldon - well you can;t go wrong with a good photo, can you. And their prices are quite a bit lower than they have been so it can be a good opportunity for some folks interested in Solana Beach.

William - not sure about the font without looking it up. Will do. Thanks for your encouragement!!
