La Costa Greens has been a very popular community for buyers seeking new Carlsbad homes, and Trieste will be no exception. A number of the homes have terrific views over the north golf course of La Costa Spa and Resort, however there is an interest list for these homes and they disappear as soon as they are released (but if you have an interest, let me know). The new homes at Trieste, built by Warmington Homes (a well known national builder for 80 years), will number 107 once completed. All are detached and two-story with Craftsman, Tuscan, European Cottage and Spanish Colonial styling. A Children living in the community will attend the Carlsbad Unified School District (Poinsettia Elementary opening in 2007, Aviara Oaks Middle, and Carlsbad High School).
The Trieste homes have wonderful features and finishes, including porches, stainless steel appliances (Bosch), granite or Caesarstone counters, and wood burning fireplaces, among other upgrades. Homes are selling now. Don't miss your chance to fulfill your dreams of owning a new Carlsbad home at La Costa Greens in the new Trieste neighborhood. UPDATE - July 2008 Many homes at Trieste have sold and pricing changes have been implemented, making this community an even more favorable neighborhood of new construction homes in Carlsbad. Jeff,
you are funny...you do such a good job with your localism posts...interesting choice of border colors. Is that a golf course of the terrace?
Thanks, Kaye. And have a good trip to Colorado!
Neal - it is indeed (the north course at La Costa). It's a highly prized view here, probably only behind ocean views.
Jeff
