Children will attend the San Marcos Schools (the elementary and middle schools are located in the community, known for its walkability). There are a number of shops and a major grocery store in the village less than 1 mile away.

Thanks, Pamela. The fees ARE very good and the tax rate is some of the best around. VERY impressive. And I really liked the homes adn the energy features. A win win for buyers.

Hi Jeff!  Love this presentation--great idea for my new construction homes--I've got some work to do, don't I?!

The hardwoods and the fabulous kitchens are certainly a draw for me!

These are well-priced. I am now having trouble with my San Elijo short sale. It was approved at 535k and then the bank went out to do another BPO and now says it's worth 610. Funny thing is that you can buy a new home for less. Interesting.
