Mirasol is one of the newest La Greens Villages offering new construction homes, in addition to SolTerra, Avellino and Viridian

Model home at Mirasol in La Costa Greens in Carlsbad, CAMirasol new construction homes are offered by William Lyon Homes with 8 homes available by the end of 2010. Phase 1 has already sold out. These new homes all have a view from atop the ridge over to the main area of La Costa Greens across Poinsettia Lane, and will overlook the Poinsettia Elementary School (Carlsbad Unified Schools) below. Children will also attend the Aviara Oaks Middle School in Aviara. 

Pricing for these new construction homes at Mirasol is very favorable...below $700,000 for homes ranging from 3,066 SF up to 3,245 SF in 3 floor plans. Homes will have 3 to 5 bedrooms and up to 4.5 baths. Prices range from $687,990 to $699,990. A total of 71 homes are planned. HOA dues at built-out are estimated at $202 monthly.

Property taxes and Mello Roos fees are about 1.35%, which is consistent with other new homes in the master planned La Costa Greens community, and other planned communities in Carlsbad.
