Jeff,
I bet you get listings, in part, because you do such a nice job of presenting them.
Jeff.. what would be considered the highest hills? How hi up in elevation? Overall, sounds like a nice area.
Jeff: One thing that you did not write about is the amazing Albertson's that they put in there--never crowded and has a good selection (compared to other supermarkets). I pass by it and frequently stop there for those two reasons. But, hey, your post is about the real estate not what buyers and sellers eat ;-)
Thanks, Steven
Jeff - I'm not sure exactly, maybe a couple thousand at best? There are certainly higher points in San Diego County
Melissa - but the good things is that YOU did so now people know about this particular Albertsons. Thanks!
Jeff
Jeff - another one of your great localism posts! So next time you come to Florida, how about a phone call! Would love to meet one of our AR gurus!!! :-)
Barbara-Jo - it's a deal. The closest I will be near there in teh next year is DC in May. But who knows in the future. And you'll do the same if you head out here?
