Paula- well, nothing has changed, but the way in which people can enjoy the outdoors seems to be getting more sophisticated (and expensive). The air is changing here, too, as fall has now arrived, but certainly not the change YOU are experiencing. I'll take this, thank you.

Jeff, beautiful job on the video. That’s another concept I had not seen before, but that might be that is would not very conducive to the months of December through April here in New England ...... LOL
The advantages of live in a sunny climateMariana - that is true. The whole concept of a blurring of inside and out is becomming much more obvious in the new housing being built. I have even seen listings where they are counting the outdoor room SF (but at least appear to be disclosing that it is included).
