There are still new homes for sale at La Costa Greens in the village of SolTerra, but time is running out. The LAST phase is now selling.
SolTerra at La Costa Greens recently released the final phase of 2 and 3 story single family detached homes. This small community of 38 homes is part of the larger master planned community of La Costa Greens less than 15 minutes to the beaches, and within a couple of miles of all the shopping, dining and services you could want. Several golf courses are nearby as well.
There are no amenities unique to SolTerra itself other than RV Parking, but residents have access to everything La Costa Greens offers: the Presidio, a private residents' club with large swimming pool and exercise room; hiking trails; tennis; tot lots. The new 32-acre Alga Norte Community Park is being built down the hill within a few hundred yards.
SolTerra Homes include:
3 floor plans ranging from 1989 SF to 2196 SF
3 - 4 bedrooms, 2.5 - 3.5 baths
2 - car garages
There are 1 Plan 1, 3 Plan 2, and 2 Plan 3 homes available, and then SolTerra is done.
Prices range from $519,990 to $596,990
The 3 SolTerra model homes (all have views but there is some road noise) have also been released for sale with pricing in the $600,000s. I understand furniture is also available for purchase.

Jeff, these look to be a good buy at that price in your area. But with yet another birthday just around the corner my legs are urging me to think more towards one level living :) :) :)
