This recently built community of about 169 homes has a private pool and recreation area and is located less than a mile from the new Bressi Village with tons of shopping (Trader Joe's, Stater Bros.), restaurants and other services. 

The homes for sale at Valencia include 2 and 3 bedroom models in the high $200s to low $300s. There are equity sales as well as short sales at Valencia. Recent homes for sale at Valencia have sold for an average of $292,000.
