We need more of these communities in the Bay Area. Some of the folks living in high cost housing, would like to downsize into units like these, but they don't want to re-locate to outlying communities away from all their friends and families. Hmm, any good ones in SD? Maybe we'll end up there one day (I don't know where Oceanside is in relation to SD).
Okay, so I'm not quite there yet but, boy do these look appealing to me! We also need more of these communities in our area. Perhaps when the market ramps back up, that'll be the first point of concentration!
I would so love living in this senior community. Who the heck wouldn't. :-)
