Congratulations Jeff, I am sure the new buyers are delighted with the purchase. What is really amazing is how nice and affordable the 55+ homes are. They certainly would be more expensive if not for the 55+ limitation. When compared to other homes in this price range, they really outshine them.

William - I think it's a combination of being 55+ as well as manufactured housing that helps with the pricing, and very small lots.
Martha - these are manufactured, not stick built, which makes a huge difference in priciing in our area.
