La Costa condos n this area were built primarily in the 19702 and 1980s, but don’t let that keep you away – many have been updated, and they often offer styles that are multilevel and architecturally more interesting than new units, which are very hard to find anyhow.
Colina de la Costa, Plaza de Las Flores, Plaza Bonita, Plaza de La Costa and La Costa Del Sol are just a few of the smallish complexes in this area.
Many of these La Costa condos for sale will be short sales and foreclosures (REOs) but there are some excellent opportunities – many of the La Costa condos in this area that sold in 2006 were priced in the high $300s and low to mid $400s!
