Great looking house -- I almost want it.
There's something to be said for buying a new home, and not worry about all of the deferred maintenance.

Jeff, Solaire looks like the place to live in San Marcos. Twenty-three sales in the first month of release is fantastic.

Maybe I missed it in the blog post, but where are these located in San Marcos?
James - San Marcos is about 35 miles northeast of San Diego and inland from the coast about7 miles.
Steve - well they offer things that foreclosures and short sales do not. What's impressive is how quickly they are selling. That beats any round of sales I have seen in all the new home communities in Carlsbad and San Marcos.
Michael - indeed. I was shocked at how rapidly they are selling. I think they are priced very well and the builder has a good reputation. Good value in a very good location, and buyers recognize that.
Ginny - that would be nice, of course. I have some buyers in mind actually.
