You barely wrote it, and it's already featured. Not bad..... I'm surprised at the home sizes, after all the noise about trending downward. Beautiful homes. Until I read, 'two story and the square footage', I thought these might be a 55+ community.

Bob - new homes have been selling pretty well with a couple communities sold out in the last couple of years. Builders finally realized they needs to be comsptitive in their pricing compared to resales and it has paid off. Lots of folks in this ara like new homes, though too.
Karen - shocking isn't it. Yes, these are really well priced - I was quite impressed. Of course I expect the canyon and other view homes to be more, but given the size this is a great opportunity.
Meredith - well, not my listings, but hoping for a buyer or two interested in new homes in Carlsbad.

Rich - I have been a bit surprised at the amount of new building in Carlsbad and how well it is selling in general. Pricing, incentives and good values makes it happen as it always does in RE.

These are beautiful homes, Jeff. I especially liked the kitchen and outdoor patio/backyard areas. Very open and inviting with wonderful views! They look like great buys with low HOA fees.
