The Glass Ranch in Escondido Celebrates Black Friday
November 25th through the 27th, 2011
They may not be opening their doors at 10 pm or midnight tonight as some stores are, but the semi-annual Glass Ranch Open House (their 17th) on Friday, Saturday and Sunday after Thanksgiving (the other is before Mother’s Day), is a wonderful experience for art lovers.
The Glass Ranch in Escondido CA, delights in so many ways, from stunning hillside gardens filled with glass creations, to glass blowing demonstrations, to tables filled with all sorts of blown and fused glass art – jewelry, vases, bowls, garden sculpture, and so much more.
Talented glass blowers and Glass Ranch owners Garry Cohen and Cherrie LaPorte are a delight and you will enjoy chatting with them about their love of glass blowing.
The Glass Ranch Open House is open all three days from 10 until 4 pm, allowing ample time to experience it all and acquire a few treasures for gifts or for yourself.
The Glass Ranch is located at 20307 Beech Lane just off Del Dios Highway in Escondido, a stone's throw from Lake Hodges. This is MY idea of Black Friday shopping!
