With a sellers market in Carlsbad, homeowners are going to like reading the results of your market report!

Some of those homes in Carlsbad, Jeff, look just like subdivisions in Elk Grove near Sacramento. I especially like the trees in the street. Although I'm betting they were planted there when the subdivision was built and they did not build houses around them. Giant houses, tho.

Hi Lawrence "Larry" & Sheila Agranoff. Cell: 631-805-4400  - thanks for the kind words. Sellers are pretty happy  but it can be a bit frustrating for buyers.

Elizabeth Weintraub Sacramento Real Estate Agent, Top 1% of Lyon Agents  - well I wasn't around way back then in Carlsbad but the builders do tend to start from scratch - vacant land, and add all the trees and other landscaping - and it takes a while for new subdivisions to not look so stark. Some of the homes you see here are in communities built 15 - 20 years ago and plenty of time for things to grow!!
