Indeed, at this time based on the rate of sales in the last 6 months we have only 1.1 months (32 days) of inventory of single family detached homes with 4-bedrooms, based on the current rate of sales. 4-bedroom homes make up 46% of the total inventory of detached single family homes currently for sale in Carlsbad.

Sales of 4 bedroom homes in 2017 year-to-date in Carlsbad have been brisk (46% of the detached single family homes sold), with 534 sales, on the market an average of only 33 days. Sales prices ranged from $591,000 to $5,000,000 (average price was $1,023,543; median was $952,500).



Pending 4-Bedroom Home Sales:

Currently there are 38 4-bedroom Carlsbad home that are pending (these homes have been on the market for 44 days on average), at list prices ranging from $739,900 to $3,500,000.
