Another Beautiful Day in Sunny Carlsbad CA

Beautiful sunny day in Carlsbad CA

It started on as another beautiful and sunny day here in Carlsbad, looking out from my back patio. Chilly for us, too, at 41 degrees.

We have lots of sunny days, but they have been few and far between in the last week or so due to all the rain. We are so thankful to have had the rain so desparately needed, despite flooding and other issues, although shlepping up and down the freeway in the rain and traffic multiple times has not been fun...but a minor inconvenience overall. I'll take it...with some sunny days in between!

Amazing to me, Jeff, that it's been warmer here in Charlotte these past few days than in Carlsbad! I know CA is happy for the rain, but a bit of sunshine in between is always welcome.

Similar situation here, we woke up to 36.  Now we are having strong winds (9mph)which set the 59 degrees to feels like 53...So glad we have seat warmers.  Have a great rest of the day.   A

Hi Nina Hollander

It's definitely wintry here, and the rain and dampness adds to the chill. At least during the day it's in the mid 50s. Tomorrow night down in the 30s!

Hi Ron and Alexandra Seigel

Breezy and cool here now, too - only 55. But I'll take it compared to many other places!

Love that sky, no clouds, what a beautiful blue. Enjoy.

Hi Jeff - despite the "unbearable" cold we are experiencing in SoCal,  I think we have been fortunate not to be in many parts of the country weather-wise these days.

It WAS really pretty this morning Nick Vandekar, 610-203-4543 . Such a treat after all the rain (and snow in the mountains) and clouds this last week.

I do agree Michael Jacobs

While quite chilly, with freeze warnings inland from me tonight and tomorrow night, we really cannot complain compared to the temps elsewhere!

Morning Jeff.

We are currently in San Simeon, headed to San Fran.  There was only one time I needed a jacket.  A little cool, why yes, yes it is.  But from where I live it is tolerable

That does indeed look like a beautiful day!  It is cold here this morning, I am kind of dreading tennis in the 40's, haha.

We have had a roller coaster winter here...some nice high temp days...although far between...and some very cold it is currently 1° weather with high winds and believe it or not...sunshine.  Schools are closed because of the cold... but ehhh....spring will be here in a few weeks!! And it feels bright and sunny in the office...

We've had tons of rain here too but, today, had 74º and gorgeous, sunny skies! 41º seems like it's freezing cold for you guys, Jeff!
