Carlsbad Celebrates Halloween in the Village 2019

Carlsbad Celebrates 2019 Halloween in the Village

The 2nd Annual Halloween in the Village takes place in Carlsbad on Saturday October 26th from 3:00 to 6:00 pm, with fun for all including a Doggie Costume Contest at 4:00.

2019 Carlsbad Halloween in the Village

The Carlsbad Village Association does a wonderful job of promoting businesses and Village events, and Halloween in the Village is one of many. The Boys and Girls Clubs of Carlsbad will sponsor games for all to enjoy!

Happy HalloweenThe best news is that the Halloween in the Village event is FREE (and so is the parking in Carlsbad!).

There will no doubt be all sorts of costumes (people and dogs), along with a pumpkin photo patch, art making projects, face painting, pumpkin bowling, a witch hat toss, and photo station. Plus kids get to trick or treat safely at local participating businesses.

Note that the 2019 Halloween in the Village takes place in a new location this year…at State Street and Oak Avenue (you can Google 505 Oak Avenue) by the Succulent Cafe.

And you will enjoy all the local retailers close by in the Village. Who knows what special Halloween offerings and decorations you might find?!

Trick or Treat!!

I heard it was very popular last year. It certainly sounds like fun, as all the events put on in the Village are.

This is my favorite time of the year and it's good you are promoting this early for folks to get this on their calendar.

Hi Ron and Alexandra Seigel

Yep we have a lot going on in October and November. I read a little about your Avofest - sounds like fun. We have one here as well in Fallbrook but in the spring.

I think that may be true Grant Schneider  More and more people seem to be decorating their houses, and there are several Halloween stores around.

Hi Francine Viola

It's a busy time of year with all sorts of events. There's probably too much going on in the area to do it all so some planning is essential with kids!

Good morning, Jeff... sounds like fun and seeing the doggie costume event would certainly get me out to the Halloween festival... not that I'd ever dress up my own dogs that way!

Morning Jeff.

This year has sure gone by fast.  Before you know it, we'll be in the middle of 2020.

Hi George Souto

Good point. I suspect some doggies don't care, but it's not something I ever did when we had dogs.

Have a great weekend!
