Hi Jeff, These are marveus and I look forward to seeing them in person the next time I am up that way. Have you considered maybe buying one of these and putting a real estate office at the street level. A Starbucks, Real Estate office, A Deli and ...., sounds like a perfect match for me.
Jeff - You amaze me. I know you were showing homes today to some nice folks who are moving to Carlsbad...yet you still have the time to produce such a quality post. You're an amazing time manager!
These are beautiful. I love the both the exterior and interiors. Good job on the slide show. They look really inviting =)
I ditto Marlene's sentiment above. Except I didn't know you were showing properties today. LOL
I love live-work communities. It looks like these are a great opportunity. Great info for your buyers.
William - yep they are pretty cool But they are out of my price range (without selling my current home which I love).
Marlene - hmm, not sure I am really all that good at time management, but I appreciate the compliment.
Lisa - they are a pleasure to tour. Have had several folks inquire so hope I can do a deal with them. The agents there are great! And the homes are as well.
Maggie - LOL. I really like that there are more and more of these kinds of communities popping up to meet different living needs of buyers.
Jeff
very impressive architecture! I love the lines! Here we reverse the plan with kitchen/living areas on top level for max views-is this the case there ??
Michele - not in these homes, nor in most of the new constructions, but there are a good number of homes in Cardiff and some ocean front home where that is the case.
Jeff
Jeff these are great looking units. I hope you sell a few of these babies!
Jeff, They are new so they buyers can get the New Home purchase tax credit, up to $10,000. I love selling new homes. Fast escrows, sure do beat the short sales!
